Swami Vivekananda's birth anniversary today, Prime Minister Modi will meditate in Belur Math

Today i.e. on 12 January, the country is celebrating National Youth Day on the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is in Kolkatah, the capital of West Bengal, on a two-day visit. Late Saturday evening, he reached Belur Math, the headquarters of the Ramakrishna Mission. According to the information received, he also rested the night here.

According to the information, Prime Minister Narendra Modi can also meditate at the Swami Vivekananda Temple on Sunday. Sunday is also the birth anniversary of Vivekananda.

PM Modi is on a two-day Kolkata tour. He was earlier scheduled to stay at Raj Bhavan. Later his schedule changed and he took a night rest at Belur Math. After reaching Belur Math located in Howrah district across the Hooghly river, the Prime Minister also met Ramakrishna Mission chief Swami Smarananand. Here he reached Belur by river via Modi from Kolkata and was welcomed by senior saints there.

PM Modhi can meditate at Swamiji's temple on Sunday and join the morning prayer in the monastery premises.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Kolkata on Saturday for his two-day visit. He met West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee at the Raj Bhavan there. Later in the day PM Modi also met the CII delegation.
