Donald Trump neither named the Nobel laureate nor his country, but it is clear that he was referring to Ethiopian Prime Minister Abi Ahmed. Abi Ahmed, 43, is the youngest person to become Prime Minister of any country in Africa.
Abi Ahmed became the Prime Minister of the country in April 2018 after months of anti-government protests in Ethiopia. His predecessor Prime Minister had to leave his post due to the protests.
